Full Description
The Institutional Giving Manager leads funding efforts at Amica Center for Immigrant Rights, a DC-based advocate for immigrant equity.
Develop targeted proposals for foundations supporting immigration reform. Manage a portfolio of 20+ institutional donors, tracking $2M+ in annual grants. Analyze federal policy shifts to align pitches with funder priorities. Collaborate with program leads on impact reports and site visits.
Hold a bachelor's in nonprofit management or related field. Bring 5+ years in grant writing for advocacy groups. Proficient in Fluxx and Salesforce. Experience with DC foundations essential.
