Build and maintain relationships with property managers, brokers, legal teams, and investors to facilitate seamless operations and strategic decision-making. Lead due diligence processes for acquisitions and dispositions, providing financial modeling and risk analysis to support high-impact transactions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in real estate asset management, preferably with multifamily, office, or retail properties. Proven track record in portfolio optimization and value creation, with familiarity in Chicago's real estate market dynamics. Active real estate license or certifications such as CCIM or CPM are highly desirable. Skills: Strong analytical and financial modeling expertise using tools like Argus, Excel, and Yardi.
