You will also handle contract negotiations, close deals efficiently, and conduct post-sale check-ins to ensure customer satisfaction and upsell opportunities, all while tracking key metrics like win rates, cycle times, and pipeline velocity in Salesforce. To excel in this position, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, with at least 2-4 years of proven quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, or B2B environments targeting SMBs. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or HubSpot is essential, alongside strong command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales enablement platforms. Familiarity with the recruitment, marketing tech, or professional networking industries is highly valued, as is any experience selling advertising or software solutions. While not mandatory, certifications like LinkedIn Sales Certification or Google Analytics add a competitive edge.
