Job Overview: HHM Hotels, a leading hospitality management company, is seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. This executive role is pivotal in directing operations across our portfolio of upscale hotels and resorts, ensuring seamless execution of strategies that enhance guest experiences, optimize operational efficiency, and drive profitability in a competitive travel and hospitality landscape. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations for multiple properties, including housekeeping, food and beverage, front desk, and maintenance to maintain the highest standards of service and safety. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and performance metrics to achieve company goals in revenue, guest satisfaction, and cost control. Lead a team of regional directors and property managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, capital expenditures, and strategic planning to support business expansion. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and performance data to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as brand standards. Drive initiatives in sustainability, technology integration, and staff development to position HHM Hotels as an industry leader. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred. Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive operations leadership experience in multi-property hospitality environments, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role. Proven track record of managing P&L for portfolios exceeding $50M in annual revenue. Deep knowledge of hospitality operations, revenue management, and labor optimization. Skills: Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities with experience motivating diverse teams. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement. Strategic mindset with expertise in change management and crisis resolution. Proficiency in hospitality software such as Opera, Delphi, or similar PMS systems. Advanced knowledge of labor laws, safety protocols, and sustainability practices.
