Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred. Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive operations leadership experience in multi-property hospitality environments, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role. Proven track record of managing P&L for portfolios exceeding $50M in annual revenue. Deep knowledge of hospitality operations, revenue management, and labor optimization. Skills: Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities with experience motivating diverse teams. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement. Strategic mindset with expertise in change management and crisis resolution. Proficiency in hospitality software such as Opera, Delphi, or similar PMS systems. Advanced knowledge of labor laws, safety protocols, and sustainability practices.
