Coordinate with hotels and cruise lines to confirm availability and special requests. Resolve issues swiftly to maintain high satisfaction rates. Day-to-day involves managing 50+ bookings and upselling premium options.
High school diploma required; associate degree preferred. At least 2 years in travel or hospitality service. Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce and booking software such as Sabre.
