Respond to customer calls promptly, troubleshooting service issues and processing orders accurately. Log interactions in CRM systems like Salesforce, ensuring data precision. Collaborate with teams on peak-volume campaigns, escalating complex cases efficiently. Day-to-day involves 50+ daily interactions, prioritizing satisfaction metrics.
High school diploma required; associate degree preferred. Minimum 1 year call center experience. Proficient in telephony software and Microsoft Office. Typing speed of 35 WPM essential.
