Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and remote access tools. Diagnose faults in touchscreen displays, payment modules, and embedded software. Log detailed tickets in Zendesk and escalate complex cases to senior engineers. Conduct basic firmware updates on deployed units across retail sites.
High school diploma required; associate degree in IT preferred. 1+ year in tech support or help desk. Proficiency in Windows OS, basic networking, and CRM systems. CompTIA A+ certification a plus.
