Job Overview Mr. C Miami - Coconut Grove, a premier luxury hotel in the heart of Miami's Coconut Grove neighborhood, is seeking a professional Bellman to join our hospitality team. As a Bellman, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming arrival and departure experience. This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about delivering 5-star service in a dynamic, upscale environment. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling, ensuring items are safely transported to and from rooms. Provide valet parking services, including vehicle retrieval and safe parking in designated areas. Escort guests to their rooms, familiarize them with hotel amenities, and answer inquiries about local attractions, dining, and transportation options. Coordinate with concierge and front desk teams to fulfill guest requests promptly, such as taxi arrangements or special deliveries. Maintain the lobby and entrance areas in pristine condition, reporting any maintenance issues immediately. Assist with bell services during peak times, including group check-ins and event support. Uphold safety protocols by monitoring guest belongings and ensuring compliance with hotel policies. Required Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, hotel bell services, or customer-facing roles preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for valet duties. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods. Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse guests. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Physical stamina and customer service orientation. Knowledge of Miami area attractions and basic vehicle operation.
