US Modules, a leader in modular construction solutions, needs an IT Support Specialist in Greater Orlando. This role ensures seamless technology operations across our facilities.
Handle daily troubleshooting of workstations, printers, and peripherals for 150+ users. Deploy software updates and manage Active Directory for access control. Lead quarterly network audits to bolster cybersecurity in our production environment.
Hold a bachelor's degree in IT or related field. Bring 3+ years in helpdesk support. Master Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking with Cisco tools. CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
Excel in problem-solving and clear communication.
