Foster strong relationships with ownership groups, architects, FF&E suppliers, and legal teams to facilitate smooth project delivery. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred. Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in hotel operations, with at least 5 years in new hotel openings, transitions, or integrations at a director level or above. Proven track record managing multiple full-service or select-service hotel projects from concept to operation. Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends, PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio), and revenue management principles. Skills: Exceptional project management and organizational skills with proficiency in tools like MS Project, Asana, or similar.
