Galloway & Company, LLC hires a Tier 2 IT Support Technician to bolster IT reliability in Greenwood Village, CO.
Diagnose complex hardware and software faults via remote tools and on-site visits. Escalate Tier 3 issues to specialists while documenting resolutions in our ticketing system. Deploy updates across Windows servers and support Active Directory for 200+ staff. Tackle daily network troubleshooting and endpoint management projects.
Hold an associate degree in IT or related field. Bring 3+ years in Tier 2 support. Master skills in Microsoft 365, VMware, and Cisco networking. CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification required.
