True Group, Inc. hires a Level 1 Desktop Support Analyst to manage end-user tech needs in the Greater Chicago Area.
Handle daily tickets for desktop glitches, printer jams, and software setups. Troubleshoot Windows systems and Office apps remotely or onsite. Image new laptops for staff rollouts and support video conferencing tools quarterly.
Hold an associate degree in IT or equivalent. Bring 1-2 years in helpdesk roles. Master Active Directory, MS Office, and basic networking. CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
