Develop policy briefs, position papers, fact sheets, and testimony to support advocacy campaigns. Build and maintain relationships with policymakers, allies, and stakeholders to advance PPFA's policy priorities. Assist in preparing for congressional hearings, budget negotiations, and grassroots mobilization efforts. Provide data-driven insights to inform organizational strategy and public messaging. Represent PPFA at meetings, coalitions, and conferences as needed. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in public policy, political science, public health, law, or a related field; advanced degree strongly preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in policy analysis, advocacy, or government affairs, ideally in reproductive health or non-profit sectors. Strong understanding of U.S. legislative and regulatory processes. Proven track record of producing high-quality policy documents and research. Skills: Exceptional analytical and research skills with proficiency in data interpretation and synthesis. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, including public speaking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, policy databases, and research tools like LexisNexis or CQ Roll Call. Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
