Oversee daily site operations for custom waterfront residences. Coordinate subcontractors for framing, roofing, and finishes. Monitor progress against schedules using Procore software. Resolve issues swiftly to meet client specs on multimillion-dollar builds.
Hold a high school diploma or equivalent with 8+ years in residential supervision. Master blueprint reading, OSHA safety protocols, and Florida building codes. Proficiency in construction management tools essential.
Excel in site supervision and crew leadership. Strong problem-solving required.
