Lensa, a Boston-based innovator in business staffing, needs a Tier 1 Service Desk Analyst for remote weekend overnight shifts.
Respond to user inquiries on hardware, software, and network issues. Log tickets in ServiceNow, troubleshoot remotely using tools like TeamViewer. Escalate complex cases to Tier 2 teams. Monitor overnight systems for proactive alerts in general business environments.
High school diploma required; associate degree preferred. 1+ years in IT support. Proficient in Windows, Active Directory, Office 365. CompTIA A+ certification a plus.
Strong Active Directory skills. Excellent remote troubleshooting. Calm under pressure.
