Lensa, a leading talent platform in New York, needs a Tier 1 Help Desk Support analyst for full-time role.
Respond to user inquiries on software glitches and access problems. Log tickets in Zendesk, troubleshoot basic network and account issues, and escalate complex cases to Tier 2. Guide users through self-service portals daily. Contribute to knowledge base updates from real incidents.
High school diploma required, plus 1 year help desk experience. Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory essential. CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
