You will also mentor junior sales reps, lead quarterly business reviews with clients, and leverage CRM tools like Salesforce to track progress and optimize sales processes. Expect frequent stakeholder engagements, including C-suite executives, to uncover pain points and position LinkedIn as an indispensable partner. To succeed, candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. You bring 8-12 years of progressive sales experience in B2B SaaS or technology solutions, ideally within telecommunications, software, or professional services sectors. Proven track record of surpassing sales quotas in mid-market segments, with expertise in tools like Salesforce CRM, Gong for call analysis, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Deep knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger Sale is essential, alongside familiarity with digital advertising and talent acquisition platforms. Certifications in sales enablement (e.g., SBI or Miller Heiman) and data analytics tools are highly valued. Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry landscape, including competitive dynamics and buyer personas, will set you apart.
