Evermore Travel LLC seeks a Remote Hotel Reservationist to manage bookings, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure seamless travel experiences. Join our dynamic team to drive guest satisfaction and business growth in the hospitality industry.

Full Description

Evermore Travel LLC is excited to welcome a dedicated Hotel Reservationist to our remote team. This pivotal role ensures guests find the perfect accommodations effortlessly, directly contributing to our mission of delivering unforgettable travel experiences. By handling reservations with precision and care, you'll play a key part in enhancing customer loyalty and boosting our company's reputation in the competitive travel-hospitality sector. In this position, you'll start your day reviewing incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and our online platform, confirming availability across our network of partner hotels. You'll meticulously enter booking details into our central reservation system, upsell room upgrades or packages to maximize revenue, and process payments securely while addressing special requests like late check-ins or accessibility needs. Weekly, you'll generate reports on occupancy rates, reservation trends, and revenue forecasts to share with the sales and operations teams, collaborating closely with hotel partners to resolve overbookings or inventory discrepancies. Monthly tasks include auditing past reservations for accuracy, analyzing customer feedback to improve service, and participating in team training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices. Expect to handle 50-70 reservations daily, achieving a target customer satisfaction score of 95% or higher, while coordinating with marketing for promotional campaigns and front-desk staff for seamless handoffs. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or business administration preferred. At least 2-3 years of experience in hotel reservations, customer service, or travel booking is essential, ideally with exposure to high-volume call centers. Proficiency in reservation software like Opera, SynXis, or similar platforms, along with Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, is required. Familiarity with GDS systems such as Amadeus or Sabre, and knowledge of travel industry regulations including GDPR for data privacy, will set you apart. A valid certification in customer service or hospitality management from AHLA or similar is a plus. You'll thrive with strong technical skills in reservation management systems and CRM tools, enabling efficient handling of complex bookings. Excellent verbal and written communication is crucial for interacting with diverse clients, while multilingual abilities in Spanish or French offer an advantage. Soft skills like empathy, problem-solving under pressure, and attention to meticulous detail ensure smooth operations. Time management and multitasking competencies will help you balance peak-hour demands, and a customer-centric mindset aligns with our service excellence culture. Evermore Travel LLC, based in South Carolina, is a forward-thinking travel agency specializing in personalized hospitality solutions worldwide. Our mission is to connect travelers with exceptional stays, guided by values of integrity, innovation, and guest-first service. With a remote-first team of 50+ professionals, we foster a collaborative environment through virtual stand-ups, mentorship programs, and inclusive culture that celebrates diversity and work-life balance. We offer competitive compensation, with salary not specified but commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses. Enjoy remote work flexibility, home office stipends, professional development reimbursements, and perks like travel discounts for you and family. Advance your career through clear paths to senior reservationist, team lead, or operations manager roles, supported by ongoing training and skill-building workshops.
