Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD is required, along with a strong understanding of construction methodologies, blueprints, and OSHA safety regulations. Professional Engineer (PE) license or certification in construction management is highly preferred. Familiarity with Kentucky building codes and sustainable construction practices is essential for success in this position.
