Full Description
Join Mindspace as our Events & Community Manager in Miami, FL, where you'll play a pivotal role in building and nurturing our thriving community. Monthly responsibilities encompass analyzing event performance metrics like attendance, engagement rates, and ROI to refine strategies. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align events with business goals, lead community ambassador programs, and develop partnerships with local influencers and organizations. Additionally, oversee community platforms, moderate discussions, and create content to sustain ongoing engagement, reporting on key metrics to leadership.
Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of experience in events management or community building, preferably in tech, real estate, or coworking industries. Proficiency in event management tools like Eventbrite, Cvent, and Google Analytics is required, alongside strong knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Slack for community management. Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce for tracking member interactions is highly valued.
Success in this role demands exceptional organizational and project management skills, creative problem-solving, and outstanding communication abilities to engage diverse audiences. You'll thrive with a passion for community building, data-driven decision-making, leadership to inspire volunteers, and adaptability in fast-paced environments. Cultural sensitivity and networking prowess are key to forging lasting relationships.
