Join JTS as a Production Manager and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our manufacturing operations in Caldwell, ID. Prepare monthly reports on KPIs for senior leadership, proposing strategies for cost savings and capacity expansion. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with at least 7-10 years of progressive experience in production management within the manufacturing industry. Proven track record in high-volume manufacturing environments is essential, along with hands-on expertise in ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, and proficiency in production planning software such as PlanetTogether. Familiarity with automation technologies, CNC machinery, and preventive maintenance programs is required. Professional certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, APICS CPIM, or OSHA safety training are highly preferred to ensure compliance and operational rigor. Strong leadership and team-building skills are vital, complemented by excellent communication abilities to interface with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Technical proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, Tableau, or Minitab enables informed decision-making and process optimization.
