You'll collaborate closely with regional directors and restaurant leaders to understand staffing needs, developing targeted recruitment strategies that reduce time-to-hire by 20%. Monthly, you'll analyze hiring metrics, prepare reports on turnover rates and diversity hires, and lead onboarding sessions for new hires. Expect to manage full-cycle recruitment, from crafting compelling job postings to negotiating offers, while fostering relationships with local staffing agencies. You'll also organize career fairs and training workshops, mentor junior recruiters, and track key performance indicators like offer acceptance rates above 90%, ensuring seamless integration into our fast-paced restaurant environment. To succeed, you need a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, plus at least 3-5 years of recruiting experience in retail, restaurant, or high-volume hiring industries. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems like Workday or Taleo, Microsoft Office Suite, and LinkedIn Recruiter is required, along with strong knowledge of EEOC compliance and labor laws. SHRM-CP certification is highly preferred, and experience with volume hiring in food service will set you apart. Key skills include exceptional communication for engaging candidates and stakeholders, strategic thinking to optimize recruitment pipelines, and proficiency in data analytics tools like Google Analytics for talent sourcing.
