Lead BM Digital's B2B marketing as VP of Marketing, a pivotal role driving exponential company growth through innovative strategies and brand elevation. In this high-impact position, you'll shape our market presence, fuel lead generation, and align marketing efforts with business objectives to propel revenue in the competitive digital landscape.
Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that encompass digital campaigns, content marketing, and account-based marketing initiatives. Daily, oversee the creation of targeted content, analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, and optimize for key metrics like MQLs and pipeline velocity. Weekly, collaborate with sales teams to refine lead nurturing processes and conduct strategy reviews. Monthly, present performance reports to executive leadership, manage budgets exceeding $1M, and launch major product campaigns. Spearhead team leadership by mentoring 10+ marketers, fostering innovation, and integrating emerging technologies like AI-driven personalization. Drive cross-functional projects with product and customer success teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market plans. Track ROI on all initiatives, aiming for 30% year-over-year growth in qualified leads.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with an MBA strongly preferred. Require 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles within digital or tech sectors. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms like Marketo or HubSpot, CRM systems such as Salesforce, and analytics tools including Google Analytics and Tableau is essential. Deep knowledge of B2B SaaS metrics, SEO/SEM, and inbound methodologies is required. Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or digital marketing are advantageous.
