Daily tasks include facilitating virtual and on-site training sessions, configuring systems such as POS hardware, menu integrations, and payment processing setups, while troubleshooting technical issues to minimize downtime. Weekly, you'll collaborate with sales teams, product specialists, and customer success managers to align on client goals, review progress via key metrics like activation rates and time-to-value, and adjust strategies accordingly. Monthly responsibilities encompass analyzing onboarding data to identify trends, delivering detailed reports on client adoption and satisfaction scores, and contributing to process improvements through feedback loops. You may also mentor junior consultants, oversee small project teams for high-volume rollouts, and engage in stakeholder meetings to ensure seamless handoffs to ongoing support teams, all while maintaining a focus on achieving 95% client retention targets post-onboarding.
