Your day-to-day will involve handling a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, ensuring every interaction is professional and efficient. You'll assist homeowners with warranty claims, maintenance requests, and product information, coordinating with construction and service teams to schedule repairs and follow-ups.
