The Telecommunications Supervisor position at the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice (SCDJJ) in Columbia, SC, is a critical leadership role responsible for managing the agency's telecommunications infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in telecommunications, information technology, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with at least five years of progressive experience in telecommunications operations, including two years in a supervisory capacity. Relevant certifications such as BICSI RCDD, CCNA, or CompTIA Network+ are highly desirable. Proven experience in government or public sector environments, particularly in secure facilities, is advantageous. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be eligible for state security clearances.
