Job Overview: As an SMB Account Executive - Sales Solutions at LinkedIn, you will play a pivotal role in empowering small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) with cutting-edge sales tools that revolutionize how they connect with prospects and close deals. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and generate leads within targeted SMB accounts using data-driven insights from LinkedIn's vast network. Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and tailored presentations to showcase the value of Sales Navigator and other solutions. Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers, overcoming objections to negotiate and close high-value contracts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer success, and product to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction. Consistently meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas while providing market feedback to refine go-to-market strategies. Maintain meticulous CRM records and leverage analytics to optimize your sales pipeline.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 2-4 years of proven sales experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or B2B environments targeting SMBs. Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role. Strong understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger Sale.
