In this high-impact sales role, you will focus on small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), helping them harness LinkedIn's Sales Solutions to generate leads, build pipelines, and accelerate revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Prospect and identify potential SMB customers through targeted outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling on LinkedIn. Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to uncover customer needs and showcase how Sales Solutions can transform their sales processes. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet and exceed quarterly revenue quotas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, customer success, and product specialists, to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction post-sale. Analyze sales performance metrics using CRM tools like Salesforce to optimize strategies and provide actionable insights to leadership. Stay ahead of industry trends in telecommunications and B2B sales to position LinkedIn as the go-to solution for SMB growth. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably selling SaaS or technology solutions to SMBs. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment. Experience in telecommunications sales is highly desirable. Skills Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly. Strong prospecting and relationship-building abilities, including proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, along with advanced Excel skills for pipeline management. Results-oriented mindset with resilience to handle rejection and adapt to fast-changing priorities. Deep understanding of sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger Sale. Excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple deals simultaneously.
