As the Strategic Account Director for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding relationships with LinkedIn's most valuable enterprise clients. This position is crucial for driving significant revenue growth, enhancing client satisfaction, and positioning LinkedIn as the premier platform for B2B marketing innovation. Your strategic insights and leadership will directly impact our market leadership and help clients achieve measurable business outcomes through our advertising and marketing tools. In this dynamic role, you will own a portfolio of strategic accounts, conducting regular business reviews to uncover growth opportunities and align LinkedIn solutions with client objectives. Daily tasks include analyzing client performance data, crafting customized marketing strategies, and collaborating with internal teams such as sales, product, and customer success to deliver exceptional results. Weekly, you will engage in client calls, prepare executive presentations, and track key metrics like revenue expansion, campaign ROI, and customer health scores. You will also participate in strategic planning sessions, negotiate renewals and upsells, and contribute to thought leadership by sharing client success stories internally and externally. To excel in this position, candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. You need at least 10 years of experience in account management or sales within digital advertising or SaaS environments, including 5+ years managing enterprise-level accounts. Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Tableau, and LinkedIn's advertising suite is essential. Deep knowledge of B2B marketing trends, digital advertising ecosystems, and performance marketing strategies is required, along with proven success in exceeding revenue targets in competitive markets.
