Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum 10+ years in healthcare operations or insurance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing revenue cycle or insurance operations. Proven track record in reducing AR days, improving cash flow, and scaling operations in a multi-payer environment. Experience with EHR systems like Epic or Cerner, billing software such as Availity or Change Healthcare, and analytics platforms. Skills: Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities to motivate remote and hybrid teams. Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making and financial modeling.
