As Head of Sales, you will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to SENSORA's unique value proposition, targeting hospitals, clinics, and telehealth providers nationwide. Daily, you'll analyze market trends, pipeline metrics, and competitive landscapes to prioritize high-potential opportunities, conducting executive-level outreach and virtual demos to close deals swiftly. Weekly, lead sales team huddles, coach representatives on objection handling and consultative selling, and collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns, ensuring alignment on quarterly targets like $5M in new bookings. Monthly, forecast revenue with finance, present performance dashboards to C-suite executives, and orchestrate cross-functional projects such as product launch rollouts or partner integrations. You will recruit, onboard, and mentor a team of 10-15 sales professionals, fostering a high-energy culture of accountability and excellence. Proven track record scaling revenue from $20M+ ARR is essential, with deep expertise in CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong for pipeline management. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, FDA regulations, and cardiology workflows is critical, complemented by experience selling AI-driven diagnostics to C-suite healthcare buyers. Certifications such as Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP) or digital health sales training will set candidates apart.
