This position is crucial for expanding our market presence in New York and beyond, directly impacting company revenue and customer satisfaction by securing high-value deals and fostering long-term partnerships that align with our sustainability goals. As a (Senior) Account Executive, your day-to-day involves prospecting and qualifying leads through targeted outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn, aiming to schedule 20-30 discovery meetings weekly. You'll conduct in-depth product demonstrations, tailoring pitches to client needs in industries like real estate, hospitality, and manufacturing, while negotiating contracts with an average deal size of $100K+. Weekly, collaborate with marketing for lead nurturing campaigns and sales engineering for customized proposals; monthly, analyze pipeline health using CRM tools like Salesforce to forecast revenue, targeting 150% of quota attainment. Expect to manage a territory of 50+ key accounts, upsell existing clients, and participate in quarterly business reviews with leadership to refine strategies. Leadership elements include mentoring junior reps and contributing to team sales training sessions. Success requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, plus 5-8 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, tech, or environmental solutions, with a proven track record of exceeding $1M annual quotas. Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Workspace is essential, alongside deep knowledge of CRM best practices and sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger Sale.
