Proven track record of managing large-scale network environments in high-volume operations. Deep expertise in network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS), routing/switching (Cisco, Juniper), and cybersecurity frameworks (CISSP certification advantageous). Skills: Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities with experience mentoring diverse, cross-functional teams. Strong analytical mindset for troubleshooting complex issues and leveraging data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication skills for presenting to C-suite executives and negotiating with vendors. Proficiency in network management software (SolarWinds, Wireshark), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and agile project methodologies.
