Key Responsibilities
You will build and maintain detailed financial models for real estate investments, including cash flow projections, IRR calculations, and sensitivity analyses. Conduct comprehensive market research on property sectors, comparable transactions, and macroeconomic trends impacting real estate. Required Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, real estate finance, or related fields, with exposure to commercial real estate preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced modeling functions; familiarity with Argus or real estate-specific software is advantageous. Proven track record of working in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
