The Boston Celtics, one of the NBA's most iconic franchises, is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic ticket sales team in Boston, MA. In this role, you will focus on generating revenue through inbound and outbound sales of premium seating, real estate-related partnerships, mortgage financing options for luxury suites, and group ticket packages. Key Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and CRM systems to build a robust sales pipeline. Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals for season tickets, suite leases, and mortgage-integrated real estate packages tailored to Celtics supporters. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue forecasts in Salesforce or similar platforms. Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to upsell premium inventory and resolve client inquiries promptly. Attend sales training sessions, game nights, and networking events to maximize outreach and foster long-term relationships. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas while embodying the Celtics' winning culture.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field. Minimum of 1-2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, real estate, or mortgage sectors. Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a phone-based environment. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
