Job Overview: ThrasherGroup is seeking an ambitious Territory Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Grand Island, Nebraska. This position plays a vital role in expanding our market presence by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing clients across the assigned territory. The representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, driving revenue growth while representing the company's values and commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a designated sales territory through proactive prospecting and relationship building with potential and existing customers. Conduct regular field visits to understand client needs and present tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively demonstrating product value and negotiating favorable terms. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using company CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless client experiences. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities. Participate in trade shows, networking events, and community activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. Minimum of two years of outside sales experience, preferably in B2B or territory-based sales environments. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals. Valid driver's license with clean driving record and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Ability to pass background checks and drug screening as required. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a customer-first mindset. Excellent negotiation and closing skills with demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships. Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms. Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability to team and company objectives.
