Bourgault Industries Ltd. is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to represent our premium agricultural equipment across Kansas and Colorado. This field-based sales role requires a motivated professional who will develop and maintain strong customer relationships with farmers, dealers, and agricultural businesses throughout the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations and field trials, preparing customized proposals, and negotiating contracts. The successful candidate will analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Regular travel within Kansas and Colorado is required to visit customers, attend trade shows, and support dealer networks. Required Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of proven sales experience in the agricultural or equipment industry. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively throughout the territory. Essential Skills include strong communication and presentation abilities, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. Technical knowledge of agricultural machinery and farming practices is highly valued.
