Key Responsibilities Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy, addressing questions about shipments, orders, billing, and account status. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining positive relationships. Accurately document all interactions in our CRM system, updating customer records and tracking resolutions for seamless follow-up. Provide product and service information, process returns or exchanges, and upsell opportunities when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with logistics, sales, and support teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery updates. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including average handle time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores (CSAT). Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on company policies, products, and industry best practices. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment, ideally in logistics, retail, or telecommunications. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear speaking voice suitable for phone interactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; experience with CRM software like Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling 50-80 calls per day while maintaining composure under pressure. Skills Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities to quickly identify customer needs. Empathy and patience to de-escalate upset callers and build rapport. Multitasking prowess for managing multiple systems and queues simultaneously. Solid typing skills (at least 35 WPM) for real-time note-taking. Adaptability to shifting priorities and a team-oriented mindset for collaborative success. Basic knowledge of logistics terminology and processes is advantageous.
