Job Overview: The Senior Program Manager, Cause Marketing, at the American Red Cross plays a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative cause marketing initiatives that align with our mission to prevent and alleviate human suffering. Based in Nebraska, this position involves collaborating with corporate partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders to create impactful campaigns that boost brand visibility, donor engagement, and revenue generation for critical services like disaster relief and blood donation programs. Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategy, planning, and implementation of cause marketing programs, including partnership negotiations, campaign launches, and performance tracking. Develop compelling narratives and marketing materials to promote Red Cross initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and partner objectives. Manage cross-functional teams, budgets, and timelines to deliver high-impact results, while analyzing metrics such as ROI, engagement rates, and fundraising outcomes to optimize future efforts. Foster relationships with corporate sponsors, influencers, and media outlets to expand reach and secure new opportunities. Oversee reporting and storytelling to highlight program successes, contributing to the Red Cross's national and local storytelling efforts. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in program management, cause marketing, or nonprofit partnerships, with a proven track record in corporate social responsibility campaigns. Demonstrated success in managing multimillion-dollar budgets and high-profile partnerships. Skills: Exceptional project management abilities with tools like Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar. Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving to craft resonant marketing strategies. Proficiency in data analytics (Google Analytics, CRM systems like Salesforce) for measuring campaign effectiveness. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement. Deep knowledge of nonprofit sector trends, digital marketing, and fundraising best practices. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with high adaptability to evolving priorities.
