Job Overview Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking a motivated Direct Sales Account Executive to join our team in Kansas. This full-time sales position plays a vital role in expanding our customer base and driving company growth through proactive business development. The successful candidate will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research activities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts across Kansas. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase TNS solutions and their value proposition. Prepare and submit detailed proposals and pricing information to prospective clients. Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements while ensuring profitability targets are met. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, technical support, and customer service to ensure seamless client onboarding. Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics using CRM tools. Attend industry events and trade shows to generate leads and enhance brand visibility. Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position TNS solutions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Minimum of three years of direct sales experience, preferably in technology or telecommunications.
