In this position, you will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs designed to enhance the skills and effectiveness of our sales team. Collaboration with marketing, product management, and senior leadership will be essential to ensure that all enablement materials reflect current market trends and customer needs. You will also analyze sales performance data to identify skill gaps and opportunities for targeted coaching and support. Key responsibilities include managing the sales content repository, coordinating onboarding programs for new hires, and facilitating regular workshops and webinars. You will partner closely with sales managers to understand field challenges and translate insights into actionable resources. Tracking the impact of enablement initiatives through metrics and feedback will help refine approaches and demonstrate return on investment to stakeholders. To thrive in this role, candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field along with at least three years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a similar capacity.
