Oscar Health is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing remote team. This full-time position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Florida while delivering outstanding support to our health insurance members. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them navigate their coverage options, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless healthcare experience.
In this role, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls and messages from members, providing accurate information about plan benefits, claims processes, and provider networks. You will document all customer interactions in our system, escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when needed, and follow up to ensure resolution. Your bilingual abilities in English and Spanish will be essential in serving our diverse member base and ensuring language accessibility for all customers.
