Full Description
The American Arbitration Association Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Nevada. This full-time role focuses on delivering outstanding client support in the field of arbitration and dispute resolution, ensuring that every interaction reflects professionalism, accuracy, and care.
In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling incoming inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. You will assist with case intake, provide guidance on procedural requirements, and maintain accurate records within our case management systems. Additional responsibilities include resolving service issues promptly, coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely case progress, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive client information at all times.
