Mosaic is seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Representative to lead biologics sales initiatives across the North United States region. Based in Chicago, Illinois, this full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of innovative pharmaceutical solutions while working with leading healthcare organizations.
In this role, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence for biologics products throughout your assigned territory. You will identify and engage with key decision-makers at hospitals, clinics, and research institutions, building long-term partnerships that drive revenue growth. Regular travel within the region will be required to conduct product presentations, attend industry conferences, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets, and providing market intelligence to internal teams. You will collaborate closely with marketing, medical affairs, and customer support departments to ensure seamless client experiences and successful product implementations.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field, along with three to five years of pharmaceutical or biologics sales experience. A proven track record of meeting sales quotas and strong knowledge of the biologics or specialty pharmaceutical market are essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
Required skills include CRM software proficiency, territory management expertise, and the ability to interpret clinical data for healthcare professionals. Previous experience with biologics products, immunology, or oncology therapeutic areas is highly preferred. This position requires willingness to travel extensively throughout the North United States territory.
