Job Overview Ctq is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. This full-time, work-from-home position offers the flexibility to support customers from anywhere, helping to resolve inquiries and enhance satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone, email, live chat, and social media. Actively listen to customer needs, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with internal departments to deliver seamless service. Maintain detailed records of customer accounts and contribute to team knowledge bases by sharing insights from interactions. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred. At least 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote support role. Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM tools like Zendesk or Salesforce, and Microsoft Office suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone demeanor. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently with minimal supervision. Skills Strong problem-solving abilities and empathy to handle diverse customer situations effectively. Technical aptitude for navigating software tools and learning new systems quickly. Basic knowledge of computer troubleshooting for remote support scenarios.
