Native Seed is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Agronomist to join our team in Osborne, Kansas. This role combines deep agronomic knowledge with inside sales expertise to support farmers, ranchers, and land managers across the region with high-quality native seed solutions. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking guidance on seed selection, planting strategies, and land restoration projects. You will leverage your agronomy background to recommend appropriate native seed mixes based on soil conditions, climate, and customer goals. Daily responsibilities include managing inbound inquiries, conducting product consultations via phone and email, preparing customized quotes, and following up on leads to convert opportunities into sales. You will also coordinate with the field team to ensure accurate order fulfillment and provide post-sale technical support. The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree in agronomy, crop science, or a related agricultural field, along with proven sales experience preferably in the seed or agricultural inputs industry. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for explaining complex agronomic concepts to diverse audiences.
