Hibu is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive new business development and build lasting client relationships across the Hays, Kansas region. This full-time field sales role offers unlimited earning potential through commission-based compensation while helping local businesses grow through innovative digital marketing solutions. As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base by identifying and engaging potential customers throughout the Hays area. You will conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers, presenting customized digital marketing solutions that include website development, search engine optimization, online advertising, and social media management. Your daily responsibilities will involve extensive travel within the territory, maintaining accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. You will also be responsible for following up on leads, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention. To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous outside sales experience strongly preferred. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, along with the willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with diverse clients and closing deals effectively. Candidates should demonstrate self-motivation, resilience in handling rejection, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
