Join Willis Towers Watson (WTW) as a Bilingual Benefits Customer Service Representative in this seasonal remote position. This opportunity allows you to provide exceptional customer support to benefits participants across the United States while working from the comfort of your home. As part of a globally recognized professional services firm, you will play a vital role in helping employees understand and navigate their benefits programs during critical enrollment periods. The position requires fluency in English and either Spanish or French, enabling you to serve a diverse client base with language-appropriate assistance.
In this role, you will handle high volumes of inbound calls and written inquiries from plan participants regarding health, retirement, and other employee benefits. Daily responsibilities include explaining complex benefits information in clear, accessible language, processing enrollment changes, answering eligibility questions, and resolving issues related to claims, coverage, and plan features. You will use multiple computer systems to research account details, document interactions accurately, and ensure each customer receives timely and accurate information. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive personal data with confidentiality are essential.
Successful candidates must possess prior customer service experience, preferably within benefits, insurance, or human resources environments. Fluency in English and Spanish or French is required, with proven ability to communicate professionally in both languages. Candidates should demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer proficiency, and the capacity to learn new systems quickly. The ability to remain calm under pressure while handling difficult conversations is highly valued. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, and previous call center experience is strongly preferred.
