CMI Media Group is seeking an experienced Manager of Digital Marketing Analytics to lead data-driven marketing initiatives for our healthcare clients in Chicago. This strategic role combines advanced analytics expertise with leadership responsibilities to optimize digital marketing performance across multiple channels and campaigns. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive client success and business growth.
In this position you will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive analytics strategies that measure and improve digital marketing effectiveness. Key responsibilities include managing analytics projects from conception to completion, establishing performance benchmarks and KPIs, and presenting findings to both internal stakeholders and clients. You will lead a team of analysts while collaborating with media planners, account managers, and creative teams to ensure data insights inform every stage of campaign development. Additional duties encompass evaluating emerging analytics tools and technologies, developing custom reporting solutions, and mentoring junior team members on best practices in digital measurement.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, data science, or a related field along with a minimum of five years of progressive experience in digital marketing analytics. Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI is required. Experience with marketing automation platforms, attribution modeling, and A/B testing methodologies is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into clear business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
