You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate seamless care transitions, maintain accurate electronic health records, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with established clinical protocols and regulatory standards. Required qualifications include a current Illinois Registered Nurse license, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited institution, and a minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting. Candidates must possess current Basic Life Support certification and demonstrate proficiency in electronic medical record systems. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification is preferred for certain specialty areas.
